The St Kilda Festival is currently accepting expressions of interest to participate in the 2018 event in the following categories.

New Music Stage - now open
The New Music Stage is for Australia's next big thing, having hosted some of Australia’s hottest acts such as Client Liaison, Cactus Channel, Stonefield and That Gold Street Sound!
Ten bands will be selected to play on the New Music Stage with the crowd favourite to win $5,000, and a spot on the St Kilda Festival Main Stage in 2019.

Children's Entertainment - now open
St Kilda Festival is proud to host a dedicated Kidzone, and is on the lookout for children’s entertainers such as facepainters, roving performers and activities for Sunday 11 February. If you know how to dazzle young minds, we want to hear from you!

Events and Activities - now open
Taking part in St Kilda Festival, one of Australia’s largest festivals, is a great way to showcase and attract people to your event or activity – whether to watch, take part or just raise awareness.

Community Groups - now open
The City of Port Phillip welcomes local community group participation in the St Kilda Festival as an annual celebration of our local culture. Festival Community contributions are available to assist local community groups who may not otherwise be able to participate in the Festival due to financial or resource implications.

Charity Partners - now open
Need to raise money for a good cause? Each year, St Kilda Festival partners with registered charities, engaging Festival goers through onsite activations and fundraising.

Itinerant Food Traders - now open
St Kilda Festival is an ideal place to sell your tasty treats to a large and diverse market. We give a range of vendors the opportunity to have their stall at the Festival, whilst ensuring we have as wide a selection of food and beverage available as possible.

Itinerant Market Stallholders - now open
St Kilda Festival is an ideal place to sell your wares to a large and diverse market. We give a range of vendors the opportunity to have their stall at the Festival, whilst ensuring we have as wide a selection of goods available as possible.

Permanent Traders - now open
Extending your outdoor trading area is a unique way to become involved in the Festival. Acland and Fitzroy Street release their true vibrancy on Festival Sunday, but would see an even greater benefit with the participation of your business. With Festival Sunday alone contributing millions to the local economy in a single day, it also provides a rare opportunity to showcase your business within a festival atmosphere.
